Our topic this term is 'North America'
Maths homework is on MyMaths which will be given out every Monday to be returened the following Monday. Every child has their own log in and passowrd which has been given to them. The link to Mymaths is https://www.mymaths.co.uk/
Spelling homework will be given out every Friday to be returned the following Thursday.
Our P.E. days are Thursday and Friday.
In P.E. this half term, we are doing tennis on a Thursday with a qualified tennis coach.
On Fridays we are doing tag rugby with Mr Wright.
In English this half term, we are focusing on writing descriptions of familiar places, starting with a description in Paddington before linking it to our Topic North America.
In Maths this half term, we are focusing on numbers and their place value. We will be looking at the value of 3 or 4 digit numbers, finding 10, 100 or 1000 more or less and comparing and ordering numbers.
In RE this half term our topic is 'The Christian Family' where we will be focusing on how we make up the Church and how we become part of this through the Sacrament of Baptism. We will focus on Baptism, the signs and symbols used and what the Baptismal promises mean to us.
